We’re pleased to announce that The ANTARA Group’s own CEO, Tim Caulfield, will be speaking at this year’s Southwest Data Center Summit. This event is now going on it’s fifth year and we’re excited to see what’s in store. What is it?
The Data Center Summit is a national event that takes place in various cities around North America annually. The Southwest Data Center Summit is an incredible experience that will bring together the leading data center real estate and technology executives from this region in the country. There will be over 400 senior-level executives and decision-makers attending the event, coming from the Greater Phoenix area, Los Angeles, San Diego, New Mexico, Nevada, and other cities around the country. It’s a place to listen to talks and engage in important conversations regarding some of the biggest topics in our networks today.
The Topics of Conversation
There will be a wide variety of topics covered at the summit, but the biggest topics include the competitive environment and cost advantages, strategies for the “cloud game,” and the impact on the edge of development. It will be an inspirational atmosphere where people can not only learn valuable information, but also network together. The speakers of the event in addition to Tim Caulfield include David Bentler from APS, Michael Ortiz from Colliers International, Russell D. Smoldon from Arizona Data Center Coalition, and Miles Loo Jr. from Cushman & Wakefield.

Time and Place
The 2016 Southwest Data Center Summit will take place from November 9th-10th. The 9th will be a special dinner reception and a data center tour, beginning at 5:30 PM. Thursday, November 10th is the full official day of the conference, which will take place at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
